Diponegoro University students again made proud achievements at the national level. The UNDIP student team won 2nd place in the UI/UX category in the HI-TECH8 2026 National Competition organized by the Caltex Riau Polytechnic.
UNDIP team with the name DIPSSSS KOK KALAH LAGI :
- Muhammad Rofad Hamdani (Informatics)
- Muhammad Fahri (Informatics)
- Sabilatun Nurul Syahadah (Public Health)
All three managed to show their best skills in designing digital solutions that are not only visually appealing, but also pay attention to the user experience.
In the student UI/UX category, 1st place was won by Himmel Bisa word team from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, 2nd place was won by DIPSSSS KOK KALAH LAGI from Diponegoro University, and 3rd place was won by Kicauuu team from Ciputra University Surabaya.
HI-TECH8 2026 competition is a national competition event managed by the research and Technology Department of the Information Systems Student Association of the Caltex Riau Polytechnic. This activity was held online and became a forum for students to develop creativity, innovation, and problem solving skills in the field of technology.
This achievement is proof that UNDIP students, especially from the Informatics Study Program, are able to compete at the national level in the field of UI/UX. This achievement also shows the importance of cross-disciplinary collaboration, as the team involves students from the fields of Informatics and Public Health.
The Department of Informatics, Faculty of Science and Mathematics, Diponegoro University expressed appreciation for the achievements achieved by Muhammad Rofad Hamdani, Muhammad Fahri, and Sabilatun Nurul Syahadah. Hopefully this achievement can be a motivation for other students to continue to work, innovate, and bring the good name of Diponegoro University in various national and international competitions.
